We typically ship twice a week...on Tuesday and Friday. Delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 days with USPS Priority Mail continental US only. Please call or email us for rates to Hawaii, Alaska, and outside the US. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to Mountain Soles. Please email us for a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receipt of your product. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER. The product must be returned to us within 10 days of the issuance of the RA number. Products must be in their original undamaged packaging along with a copy of your receipt. All return products must be in an unworn and undamaged condition. We will issue a full refund or exchange the item if possible (at your request) . Return shipments are paid by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We pay all shipping charges for any special orders delivered and picked-up at our store location.
